A DRINK... of life in the summer heat with OASIS. NOW... Somewhere in the world it was midnight, but at this moment on a beautiful August Thursday afternoon at Central Park in New York City I was experiencing an undeniable "Heathen Chemistry" as I stood amidst an OASIS: Noel Gallagher, Alan, Gem, Andy, and Jay; Liam Gallagher, though not visible was everpresent. Just another day in New York City to some, but to me it was a nourishing breath of life in sharing good music and good spirits with a lovely bunch of English lads. It was only hours ago we were all at the Beacon Theater welcomed with a grand "Hello", Gallagher pride, a most beautiful acoustic version of "Wonderwall" performed exclusively by Noel Gallagher, and a wild and ripping bass riff by Andy Bell in their homage to The Who with "My Generation".

ONE... He exuded the air of a peacock in its flaring and flaunting poise of attraction singing out to the world in his voice that resonates of The Beatles and 60's psychedelia, a calling to life and love "Go Let It Out!" he sings. Consumed by the rocking rhythms and beats of OASIS he stands in stillness with perfect balance, a tambourine steady on his head - a focus of pause and peace in the raucus (rock us!) - an absolutely powerful demonstration of ones ability to overcome the overwhelming rocking forces of the external to bring out perfect peace from the inside. He's none other than Oasis' intense and charismatic lead vocalist LIAM GALLAGHER.

PEACE and delicate sweet joy, I stood and smiled at a beautiful person. Like a hummingbird that flies for the sweet nectar of flowers, he approached me with welcome interest to my inquiry. A man who exudes of an indescribable delicateness and compassion yet with the power and strength of leadership of all that is OASIS. Without a word or a sound I could feel his art and music - a supersonic vibe of creativity that is the essence of his being. I asked, "If there were one thing you could say about life and learning, what would it be?" He replied, "Never stop." - He's the lovely NOEL GALLAGHER, lead guitarist, singer/songwriter, and mastermind of OASIS.
